What products are offered?

Our store carries skincare products such as cleansers, ampoules and serums, masks, moisturizers, sun care, and related personal-care items. Current specifications and availability appear on each product page.

Is shipping free?

Any free-shipping qualification is calculated from the terms displayed at checkout.

How long does fulfillment take?

Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery or transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns of defective and non-defective merchandise, and we accept exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection can be submitted for a mailed return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. The product must be new, unused, in original condition, and include its packaging, tags, and accessories.

Are return charges deducted?

No. A prepaid return label is included in the package and is free to use, and there is no restocking fee.

What if the delivery is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Contact us with the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging so the request can be reviewed.

When is a refund processed?

After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
